Yet another cooking blog

This blog is dedicated to mastering the high arts of microwaving. During Covid19 lockdown  I started improving my cooking skills, bought a sous vide set, stainless steel pan, made complicated stews, homemade pasta etc. But then I discovered the power and ingenuity of my dormant microwave, a 2012  Samsung ME76V-BB/XEG,  which I rarely used - and I fell in love! I wanted to buy a big, heavy, beautiful, and expensive microwave cookbook and realized that there's nothing useful on the market. 15 minutes later and I am writing these lines and hope some of you will join me on my journey through what can be microwaved. A new passion that promises to make delicious food FASTER, HEALTHIER, TASTIER and requires LESS ATTENTION, LESS SMELL, and LESS CLEANING. Fred
